Professional Advice and Limitations
All recommendations, reports, evaluations, and assessments are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection. While every effort is made to provide accurate and reliable advice, no guarantee is made regarding future tree performance, structural stability, or environmental conditions.
Tree health and safety can change due to weather, soil conditions, pests, disease, construction activity, or other external factors beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Fees and Payments

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Expert Witness and Legal Services
For expert witness, litigation, or forensic investigation services:
- All findings are based on professional opinion and available evidence.
- Court appearances, depositions, and additional legal consultations will be billed separately unless otherwise stated.
- We do not guarantee legal outcomes or case results.
Intellectual Property
All reports, assessments, photographs, diagrams, and written materials remain the intellectual property of the consulting arborist unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without permission.
Confidentiality
Client information, project details, and reports will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or authorized by the client.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or emergencies.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable local and state laws where services are provided.
